Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice
- Provide direct patient care within a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, supporting a unit with 36 private treatment rooms
- Maintain clinical competency and participate in ongoing staff development programs including BLS and ACLS
- Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and interdisciplinary teams to support nursing excellence
- Float to other units as needed per facility requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Strong cardiac experience and proficiency required
- Cath Lab experience required
- Must be willing to float as needed
- Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility will be considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience with MediTech EMR preferred
