    Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – 4 x 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | 40 hours per week | On-call required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 6-room Cardiac Cath/EP Lab with 9 pre/post holding bays, supporting 10–25 cases per day ranging from diagnostic procedures to complex PCI and Structural Heart cases
    • Maintain a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during intraprocedural care and a 1:3 ratio in the holding area
    • Fulfill on-call obligations including 1–2 nights per week and every 4–5 weekends based on departmental staffing needs
    • Provide on-call coverage for holidays and weekends as required by the department
    • Float to affiliated campuses or alternate locations within the health system based on operational needs, including same-day adjustments when necessary
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Pennsylvania
    • Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab nursing experience
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Current BLS certification
    • Prior travel nursing experience required
    • Ability and willingness to float to alternate campuses with limited notice
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
    • Experience with complex PCI and Structural Heart procedures
    • Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center environments
