    Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

    Contract | 12 Weeks | Days | 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, supporting a variety of procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, PTA, stenting, Impella, IABP, peripheral angiograms, PPM, ICD, EP studies, thrombectomy, laser, directional atherectomy, and select IR procedures
    • Maintain a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in procedural rooms and assist in recovery with up to 5 recovery bays
    • Operate and assist with GE and Philips imaging equipment; document accurately using Meditech and MERGE EMR systems
    • Participate in on-call rotation, with an expected schedule of approximately one week of call per month
    • Float to Interventional Radiology (IR) as needed
    • Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs provided)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)
    • Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Current ACLS certification required
    • Ability to take call as part of the regular rotation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with EP studies and/or IR procedures
    • Familiarity with Meditech and/or MERGE EMR platforms
    • Comfortable working in a relaxed, collaborative team environment
