Contract | 26 Weeks | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week | 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Rotating weekends | On-call required
Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a procedural Cardiac Cath Lab setting, supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures including Diagnostic Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, Peripheral Diagnostic and Intervention, and Structural Heart procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced equipment including GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra, and Shockwave
• Document patient care accurately using MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
• Participate in on-call rotation; expected on-call schedule is approximately 11-13 call days per month as part of a 2-tech/2-RN team
• Float to prep/recovery area to provide support as needed
• Collaborate with a team of 5-10 physicians and a dedicated Charge Nurse to maintain efficient daily workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience
• Local candidates are welcome to apply (local rate applies)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MacLab and/or Meditech documentation systems
• Familiarity with structural heart procedures and peripheral vascular interventions
• Prior experience with Impella or IABP support devices
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced procedural environment
