Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 2-room Cardiac Cath Lab setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Scrub in Cath Lab procedures — scrubbing capability is required for this role
- Circulate within the Cath Lab as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation: one night per week and every third weekend
- Utilize Cerner and MacLab EMR systems for documentation and patient management
- Be available for scheduling during holiday weekends, including the July 4th weekend
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Ability to scrub Cath Lab procedures is required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an Emergency Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Background in ICU or Critical Care nursing
- Familiarity with Cerner and MacLab EMR platforms
