Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a cardiac catheterization lab setting throughout the duration of a 13-week travel assignment
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in accordance with facility protocols
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after cath lab procedures, responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract with a projected start date in September 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a cath lab or cardiac specialty setting
- Familiarity with electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures and equipment
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac imaging interpretation
