Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab setting alongside a team of RNs and cardiovascular technologists
- Assist with and support device implant procedures including pacemakers and defibrillators
- Participate in cardiac ablation procedures including SVT and Atrial Fibrillation ablations
- Support Watchman Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) procedures
- Operate and utilize imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems including GE Innova X-ray and GE MacLab Hemo systems
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab experience
- Hands-on experience with device implants and cardiac ablations (SVT, Atrial Fibrillation)
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RT(R)(CV) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records documentation
- Experience with Watchman LAAO procedures
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Cath Lab or EP Lab environment
