Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting during day shift hours
- Utilize EPIC CUPID electronic medical record system for accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations with callback responsibilities as needed
- Float to additional care sites within the health system as operationally required
- Fulfill holiday coverage expectations, which may include working 1–2 winter holidays depending on unit needs
- May serve in charge or preceptor roles as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate license at time of submission
- Minimum 24 months of current experience in Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL), or Interventional Radiology (IR)
- AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — required
- AHA or ARC ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification — required
- Discipline-specific skills checklist (EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or IR) required at time of submission
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license address to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- EPIC CUPID electronic medical record experience
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months
