Key Responsibilities
- Circulate cardiac catheterization and structural cases in a 2-bed cath lab environment
- Operate and maintain standard cath lab equipment from various major manufacturers-
- Administer and monitor moderate sedation during procedures
- Document patient care using Merge and Meditech electronic documentation systems
- Participate in call shifts, with up to 14 call shifts per month in addition to standard 10–12 shifts per month
- Float to EP Lab as needed per unit floating policy
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience circulating cardiac cath and structural cases
- Working knowledge of cath lab equipment, procedures, and moderate sedation protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RCIS or CVRN certification preferred
- Experience scrubbing and assisting physicians during cath lab procedures
- Previous experience monitoring cases independently
