    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide skilled nursing care for patients undergoing coronary PCI and structural heart procedures in a 2-bed Cath Lab setting
    • Operate and monitor advanced equipment including Impella, IABP (intra-aortic balloon pump), and Penumbra
    • Administer and manage drips including vasopressors, vasodilators, and glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors
    • Collaborate with the procedural team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout cardiac interventions
    • Participate in on-call rotations as required by unit needs, including coverage for designated holidays
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate license required at time of submission
    • Minimum 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab / CCL experience required
    • Experience with coronary PCI and structural heart patient populations required
    • Hands-on experience with Impella, IABP, and Penumbra equipment required
    • Experience administering vasopressors, vasodilators, and glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors required
    • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
    • ACLS certification from AHA or ARC required
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (verified by driver's license)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with EPIC Cupid EMR highly preferred
    • Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred
    • Cath Lab-specific skills checklist preferred at time of submission
