    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting during day shift hours
    • Perform circulating and documentation duties throughout all procedures
    • Participate in on-call rotation, which includes approximately every other weekend or every third weekend depending on staffing, plus additional weekday call shifts
    • Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with acceptable scores
    • Work at least every other holiday as required by the department
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent Cath Lab experience required
    • Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
    • Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
    • Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system required
    • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references will not be accepted
    • Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the same rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience gained within a single Cath Lab location preferred, though combined experience across locations will be considered
    • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment tools
    • Ability to adapt to rotating on-call schedules and holiday coverage requirements
