    Registered Nurse – Cardiac EP Lab

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Monday – Friday | No Weekends | Every Other Holiday | No On-Call

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing electrophysiology (EP) procedures in a Level 1 academic teaching medical center setting
    • Support and assist with EP studies, ablations, pulmonary vein isolations (PVI), and cryoablations
    • Assist with cardiac device implants and explants, as well as cardioversions
    • Monitor and assess patients throughout all EP procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality of care
    • Must successfully pass an on-site Telemetry exam with a score of 85% or better
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Recent EP/Electrophysiology experience including Devices, EP Studies, Ablations, PVI, and related procedures
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • Must pass on-site Telemetry exam with a minimum score of 85%
    • Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be placed at a local rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Level 1 or academic teaching medical center environment
    • Familiarity with cryoablation and advanced EP procedures
    • Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced procedural setting
