Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural care for cardiac patients in a Cath Lab/IR setting
- Operate and work alongside GE/MacLab equipment in a fast-paced interventional environment
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required; callback volume is generally minimal
- Collaborate with a team that includes Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialists (RCIS) across a 2-lab, 5-patient-bay unit
- Adhere to facility dress code: Royal Blue Scrubs required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure (or compact eligibility) in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) RN experience required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with GE/MacLab equipment in a Cath Lab environment
- Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation systems
- Comfort managing STEMI cases; unit averages approximately 3 STEMIs per month
