Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to dialysis treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe clinical environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding treatment progress
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Prior dialysis nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local travelers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based dialysis setting
- Familiarity with both hemodialysis and CRRT modalities
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
