Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (5x8 Hours) | Onsite | Primary shift 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with potential transition to 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting
- Participate in on-call rotation, expected approximately 1 night per week
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation, expected every 4th or 5th weekend (Friday 6:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM)
- Adhere to unit protocols and maintain compliance with all required certifications and facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Experience in both Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- Familiarity with EP (Electrophysiology) procedures
