Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $3,600 to $3,792 per week in Hilo, HI

Key Responsibilities • Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, and other interventional procedures • Monitor and manage hemodynamic status throughout diagnostic and interventional cases • Assist physicians with catheter-based procedures, including equipment setup and contrast administration • Administer conscious sedation and titrate medications per physician orders and unit protocols • Operate and troubleshoot specialized cath lab equipment including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring systems • Provide post-procedure assessments and manage access site care for femoral and radial approaches • Communicate critical findings to the interdisciplinary team and ensure safe patient handoff to recovery or floor staff ✅ Requirements • Active HI or Compact RN license • BLS certification • 2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required • Radiologic Technology certification or equivalent cath lab procedural training preferred Pay Pay range: $3,600 to $3,792 per week. Travel Cath Lab RN package: up to $3,792/week (40 hours) = $40/hour taxable + up to $2,192/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $90/hour fully taxable ($3,600/week for 40 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
