Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $3,511 per week in Burlington, VT

Perform independently in the technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders. Provide clinical nursing care for adult cardiac patients (18+) with implanted cardiac monitors in an outpatient device clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care for adult cardiac patients (18+) with implanted cardiac monitors in an outpatient device clinic setting
• Perform independently in the technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
• Apply knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology in day-to-day patient care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - must be on file at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Pacemaker/ICD Technician program completion or equivalent hands-on job experience required
• EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years required
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
• Personal, reliable transportation is strongly recommended - public transportation is not accessible in this area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCDS (Certified Cardiac Device Specialist) certification preferred
• CDRMS (Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist) certification preferred
• Prior experience in an outpatient cardiac device or electrophysiology clinic setting
