Job Title: Cath Lab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours per Shift: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Experience with PCIs, peripherals, diagnostic caths, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters. Description: The position involves working in a Cardiac Cath Lab. Currently, there is one cath lab, with the possibility of expanding to two. Daily case volume varies from 0 to 5-6 cases. Candidates must possess BLS and ACLS certifications. The job will involve circulating, while scrubbing is not required. PCIs, peripheral interventions, diagnostic catheterizations, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters are part of the expected procedures. Experience in managing balloon pumps and STEMI cases is a plus. All STEMI cases are referred to a nearby facility for management. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling, as start times can vary.
