Shift: Rotating between each week. 1st week - Monday to Monday, 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM on-call, with paid hours whether called in or not (average 25-30 hours). 2nd week - Two 8-hour shifts (40 hours guaranteed), no call unless wanting to pick up call. NO LOCAL TRAVELERS (50-mile radius rule).
