Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is preferred. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no time off is permitted during the first week of the assignment. A driver’s license is required to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred. All submitted candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is expected. A completed skills checklist for Cath Lab must be submitted within the last 12 months. Active certifications in ACLS and BLS from an approved vendor are mandatory. A driver’s license must be provided.
