Job Opportunity – Physician or Advanced Practice Provider – Indiana
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Northern Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating call responsibilities. Call requirement includes 4-5 weekday call shifts per pay period and one weekend per month. Weekend call incorporated into total call volume.
Highlights:

- Weekday call from end of shift until 7:30 AM the following morning

Requirements:
- Active medical license or appropriate clinical licensure eligible in Indiana
- Board certification or board eligibility in applicable specialty
- Availability to fulfill call obligations including weeknight and weekend coverage
