The nurse will work day shifts and is expected to stay until all cases are completed. No on-call duty is required. The nurse will manage adult and geriatric patients with various cardiac conditions such as STEMI, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias. Special procedures may include heart catheterizations, PCI, PFO/ASD closure, ablations, and device placements. Familiarity with special equipment such as IABP, Impella, and other cardiac monitoring devices is necessary. The role involves working in a collaborative environment, providing high-quality care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced setting with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
