Description:
We are a complete Cath Lab utilizing Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon.
We provide comprehensive Cardiac and Peripheral Services.
The procedures include Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy.
Carotid diagnostic and stenting are also performed.
Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures include Atherectomy.
Other procedures include Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy.
The Cath Lab RN will be responsible for monitoring patients using devices such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices.
Proficiency in monitoring LEXISCAN Stress Tests is required.
The role includes rotating between various duties.
Responsibilities also entail assisting with pre and post area tasks and patient transport as assigned.
On-call duties will be required during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
