Job Description

This is a RN Travel position. You must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.

• 40 hours per week
• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• Day/Night rotation
• Occasional weekends per unit need

Position Overview

• Join a dynamic Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Holding Area team
• Nurses provide specialized care across the continuum of procedural services
• The Holding Area serves as a critical hub for pre-procedure preparation, post-procedure recovery, and Phase I/II PACU-level care
• Patient population includes those with coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and heart failure
• Fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment committed to exceptional patient outcomes

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and education
• Procedural support
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Moderate-sedation recovery
• Management of acute and non-acute clinical situations

Required Qualifications

• RN License (New York license only)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Telemetry experience
• CVICU/Cardiac Care experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent Cath Lab and EP Lab experience preferred
• Cath Lab experience - highly desired (minimum 2 years)
