**Join Our Team as a Travel RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab!**
**Job Description:**
- **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 13 Weeks
- **Unit Information:**
- **Location:** Pasadena, TX
- **Number of Beds:** 3
- **Total Staff:** 8 FT (6 RN & 2 Techs), PRN- 3 (2 RN, 1 Tech)
- **Staffing Needs:**
- Day Shift: 3-4 staff per room (at least 1 tech per room)
- Night Shift: On-call (2 RN, 1 tech each night)
- **Patient Ratios:** 3-4 staff per patient
- **Equipment Used:**
- X-ray
- Impella
- Penumbra
- IABP
- Various stents, sheaths, wires, guides, and atherectomy
- **EMR Systems:** Hemomerge & Meditech Expanse
- **Desired Skills:**
- **Must Have:**
- Previous cath lab experience
- **Preferred:**
- N/A
- **Common Procedures Performed:**
- Heart Caths
- CTO
- High-risk PCI
- Ablations: Afib, Aflutter, SVT, PVC
- Devices: PPM, ICD, Watchman
- Peripheral angiography with/without intervention
- ECMO cannulation
- Thrombectomy
- **Best Personality Fit:**
- Easy-going
- **Required Certifications:**
- Radiology Technologist or RCIS
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color/Attire: Caribbean scrubs
- **Work Guidelines:**
- Standard work hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- On Call begins after cases end daily
- **On Call:** 24 hours from Friday to Sunday
