Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within an Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures setting
  • Perform nursing assessments, monitor patient status, and respond appropriately during procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation including weekends and one holiday per contract period
  • Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records (hard requirement)
  • Complete pre-start orientation modules as required by specialty prior to first day
Required Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license - New York (NY) state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
  • Must be available to report on-site within 30 minutes of being called in
  • Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Neurointerventional nursing experience is a plus
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
