Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab / EP
LocationAntioch, CA
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 5×8 Hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) | Onsite | Weekends as needed | On-call as needed based on census
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting throughout the day shift
- Assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, supporting the clinical team as needed
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition during and after procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations as required based on unit census
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License - must be verifiable via Nursys (uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
- ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
- Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible as a local candidate; candidates beyond 50 miles may be considered under travel compliance guidelines
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab environment
- Familiarity with on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling in a procedural setting
- Experience working in a travel or contract nursing capacity
