Work within a facility recognized for providing high clinical quality year over year. Engage in a safe healthcare environment that emphasizes patient protection. Join a team that has achieved distinguished honors for nursing excellence. Participate in an established referral center for trauma, stroke, and neonatal intensive care. Contribute to a leading robotic surgery program. Perform duties within a unit that supports a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3-4:1 in pre/post areas and 1:1 intraprocedural. Utilize equipment including IV pumps, specialty beds, bedside monitors, and telemetry boxes. Document patient care using a standardized system. Be part of a flexible staffing model based on patient volume. Experience critical care and/or previous procedural experience in the field. Focus on various cardiac diagnoses with an emphasis on vascular patients. Skills in invasive procedures and advanced patient care essential. Dress in provided hospital-issued uniform. Engage with a team recognized for outstanding department efforts. Participate in emergency response programs for trauma and stroke situations.
