TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Miami, Florida, 33114!
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care within a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, supporting Cath, EP, and IR procedures
Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment and supplies in a 5-bed unit environment
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required per unit scheduling guidelines
Uphold a zero-tolerance standard for patient experience, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
Work collaboratively with unit secretaries and available technician support staff
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including both Cath and EP experience
Current ACLS certification required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
EP (Electrophysiology) experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
Experience working in a Chest Pain Center-accredited environment
