Description:
This position is for a travel RN specializing in the Cath Lab.
The role requires working during the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The unit has 7 holding beds, with staffing that includes unit secretaries and tech availability.
The equipment utilized includes GE Innova and Impella.
Documentation systems used are MacLab and Meditech.
Scheduling is typically Monday to Friday, with STEMI call approximately 10 to 12 days a month.
There is a self-scheduling option available.
Floating within departments is required for EP and Stress lab.
Patient experience is a priority, with an emphasis on quality care.
Advanced skills needed for this role include PCI, PFO, Impella, and IABP.
The Cath Lab performs various procedures such as TAVR, PFOA, atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, and DCCV.
Dress code consists of surgical scrubs provided by the facility.
