Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Cardiovascular Services Location unspecified. This role involves leading the operation of one of the nations most advanced cardiovascular programs, including managing high-volume cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs. The position offers a unique opportunity to oversee complex interventional procedures and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 7.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; five (5) years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role; strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols; demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree.
- Additional Information: This position involves leading daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards; managing personnel recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance; collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to provide seamless, high-quality care; developing and managing operational and capital budgets; implementing quality assurance initiatives; driving continuous improvement through data analysis and benchmarking; serving as a liaison with hospital leadership for strategic planning and service line growth; championing innovation in cardiovascular care and supporting expansion of programs and procedure rooms.
