Experience:2+ years Cath Lab experience required
Must-Haves – RN
- 2+ years Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- EPIC experience
- Experience monitoring and circulating cases
- Moderate sedation with Versed/Fentanyl
- Critical drip management
Case Types / Procedures
Experience with:
- Diagnostic & interventional cardiac procedures
- LHC / RHC
- NSTEMI / STEMI
- Impella
- IABP
- Rotablator
- CTO / staged PCI
- Shockwave
- Temporary pacemakers
- Peripheral diagnostic/interventional procedures
- Loop recorders
- EP procedures
- Micra
- Pacemakers
- AICDs
- Lead extractions/revisions
- Generator changes
Average daily volume: 5–15 cases/day
Scheduling
- Self-scheduling, with manager final approval
- Schedule created in 6-week increments
- Call required
- Weekday call: 4–5 additional overnight call shifts per 4-week schedule
- Weekend: 2 shifts per 4-week schedule — Saturday + Sunday together or split
- 30-minute response time
- Holiday call may be required
- No sleep room
- RTO: Up to 7 days
