Job Summary
The healthcare provider in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specialty located in Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients. The role involves supervising and directing nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with established standards and the nursing process.

Job Details

• Position Description: Delivers patient-centered nursing care within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, supervising staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and utilizing professional judgment and critical thinking to promote health and safety.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); RN licensure in California; at least 5 years of nursing experience including Cath Lab experience that covers structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, impella, ECMO, and emergent cath cases; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; AC LS- American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC- American Red Cross Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 7:00 or 8:00 AM to approximately 3:30 or 4:30 PM. Call responsibilities two days per week and 1-2 weekends per month.
• Additional Information: The role requires a strong background in acute care with effective leadership skills, experience with EPIC electronic health record systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cardiovascular patient care.
