Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Port Huron, Michigan.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Deliver nursing care within assigned unit, adhering to hospital policies, nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice.
- Provide care to a diverse patient population, with a strong focus on cardiac patients.
- Perform duties in the cath lab; cardiac proficiency and cath lab experience required.
- Willingness to float to other units as needed.
- Utilize MediTech electronic medical record system (preferred).
- Possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Hold an active Michigan RN license at time of submission.
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
- Participate in ongoing staff development and educational programs (BLS, ACLS, wound care, pain management, etc.).
- Work schedule: 5 days/week (40-hour guarantee), open to 4x10 hour shifts.
- Dress code: Navy Blue.
- Unit: 36 private treatment rooms.
- COVID vaccine not required.
- Facility: McLaren Port Huron, with opportunities for wide-ranging clinical experience and support from Clinical Nurse Specialists and the nursing education department.
