AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Casper, Wyoming.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout their hospitalization. The RN assesses each patient's physical, psychological, social, spiritual, developmental, cultural, and educational needs; develops and implements an individualized plan of care; evaluates patient progress; and accurately documents all aspects of care.

The RN works closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate treatment, communicate changes in patient condition, administer care according to physician orders and nursing standards, and ensure safe, effective, and timely patient care.

The RN is also responsible for patient and family education, discharge planning, delegation and supervision of other healthcare personnel, and maintaining continuity of care between shifts and departments.

This position may also involve precepting and mentoring other nurses, participating in quality-improvement initiatives, shared leadership, education, and activities designed to improve patient outcomes.
