Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice, adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams in the Cath Lab setting.

Shift Notes

• 5 days/week with a guaranteed 40-hour work week; open to 4 10-hour shifts.
• Weekend requirements include being on call and working one weekend per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care following established protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and professional regulations related to nursing practice.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain knowledge of advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong cardiac experience and proficiency is required.
• Cath Lab experience is mandatory.
• Must be willing to float to different units as needed.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• MediTech experience is preferred.

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

State License Requirements

• Must possess an active registered nursing license in Michigan at the time of submission.
