Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 07:30 – 16:00 | 40 Hours Per Week
    • Scheduling Model: Self-scheduling model subject to management approval.
    • Orientation Structure: First week classroom + two 12-hour floor orientation shifts (12 non-billable hours).
  • On-Call Protocol [HARDSTOP]: Standby call required averaging 10 days per month (includes weeknights, 24-hour weekend call, and 24-hour holiday call). Operates within a 4-person call team rotation.
  • Floating Protocol: Will float to Interventional Radiology (IR) and cross-float to affiliated regional hospital campuses with Cath/EP labs as needed (will NOT float to EP).

  • Candidate Eligibility & System Separation Rules [HARDSTOP]:

    • Radius Rule: Local candidates residing within 50 miles are strictly ineligible (Driver's License required at submission to verify home address).
    • Health System Exclusion: Candidates currently or recently employed (FTE, Part-Time, or PRN) with any affiliated health system network within the past 12 months are strictly ineligible.

     

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated clinical Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience in a high-acuity setting (Level 1 Trauma background preferred).
  • EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR is mandatory.
  • Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License (License to submit accepted if eligible).
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Submission Administrative Profile Requirements:
    • Driver's license uploaded at submission to verify address >50 miles.
    • Maximum of 7 days or fewer of Requested Time Off (RTO) submitted upfront per contract (No additional RTO approved post-submission).
