Assignment Details
Requirements
Active nursing license
Basic life support (BLS) certification
Previous acute care experience preferred
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in compliance with established protocols
Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members
Assist in the coordination of patient discharge planning
