Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse, specializing in invasive cardiology procedures, is based at the facility. This role involves providing advanced cardiovascular treatments and performing complex procedures such as TAVR, pulmonary embolism embolectomy, and ventricular assist device management. The position supports a fast-paced environment dedicated to patient care and procedural excellence.
Job Details
- Position Description:
Schedule requirements include day shifts, working either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts between 6 AM and 7 PM, with weekends as needed. The nurse must be comfortable staying until all patients are cared for, and call requirements include a 30-minute response time. Clinical pre-screening will determine clinical fit before final interview consideration. - Required Qualifications:
Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) & BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications, minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization or equivalent, and an active respiratory therapist or nursing license. - Preferred Qualifications:
EPIC charting system experience is heavily preferred. - Schedule:
Day shift, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. - Additional Information:
Candidate may care for COVID-19 patients. Must be okay with local rate being $5 less than posted. Candidates should be able to respond to call within 30 minutes and work as part of a team providing advanced invasive cardiovascular procedures including but not limited to complex coronary interventions, structural heart procedures, pacemaker/ICD management, and pulmonary procedures.
