Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care in the Cath Lab setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. The position requires a strong background in electrophysiology and catheterization procedures.

Shift Details

Rotating 4x10-hour Day Shifts: 0700-1730 & 0930-2000
Shifts may vary based on procedure completion but will be scheduled consistently within a given week.
Weekend availability is required, including one weekend per month.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cath Lab or electrophysiology.
Candidates with prior travel experience are welcome to apply.
Active South Carolina nursing license or Compact license must be held prior to start.
Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; facility does not supply radiation badges for travelers.

Additional Information

Floating between service lines is not required.
Rotating call requirements include one weekday every week and one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) per month.
Local candidates within a 60-mile radius may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
During hurricane season (June through November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.
No fee for parking; facility provides parking passes at badge pickup.
Charting system utilized is Epic.

Environment

The position is located in an acute care hospital with a total of 304 staffed beds, equipped to handle a variety of medical procedures and emergencies.
