Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Telemetry experience required
• At least 1 year of recent CVICU, cardiac care, or PACU experience required
• Cath lab experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Comfort supporting both acute and non-acute patient situations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab setting
• Support pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care for cardiac and vascular patients
• Assist with PACU recovery and monitor patients following cardiac procedures
• Deliver procedural support for patients with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary, and structural heart conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Maintain a high standard of care in both routine and urgent clinical situations
