• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Shifts Per Week: Approximately 2 to 3 shifts per week based on the four-week rotation
• Schedule: One full weekend plus 2 weekdays for a total of 10 shifts per four-week schedule
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of registered nurse experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in a procedural, cardiovascular, acute care, or interventional nursing setting strongly preferred
• Electrophysiology experience preferred
• Strong team player with a flexible, adaptable attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the cardiac cath lab during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist with left and right heart catheterizations, pacemaker and ICD procedures, Watchman cases, IR procedures, vascular procedures, and EP ablations
• Support safe patient flow throughout pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure phases
• Follow universal precautions, timeout procedures, and moderate sedation guidelines
• Collaborate with RNs, cath lab techs, and other members of the procedural team
• Document care accurately using clinical documentation systems
• Float to the Pre/Post Cath Department as needed
