Key Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health RN- Monitor the needs of youth in residential care
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Participate in rounds with the physician
- Assist with physical or chemical restraints as necessary, ensuring proper documentation
Requirements of the Behavioral Health RN- AHA BLS certification
- CPI certification (may be obtained at the facility)
- RN license in Arkansas or multistate license
- 1-2 years of psychiatric experience, particularly with pediatric patients
