Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 23:00 – 07:00 (Monday – Friday) | 40 Hours Per Week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) required.
- Floating Protocol [HARDSTOP]: Required to float across all regional campuses to like units and across all patient age populations (Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric) as needed.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract (09/28/2026 or 10/12/2026 Start) | 1 Open Position
Facility & Compliance Mandates:
- Radius Rule [HARDSTOP]: Local candidates prohibited. Candidates must reside >50 miles from facility (Driver's License required at submission).
- Separation Policy [HARDSTOP]: Former staff employees (FTE or PRN) of the healthKey Contract Terms.

Hard Requirements for Submission

Experience: Minimum 15 months total in Psych/BH (resume must display at least 24 months of total BH work history); experience across all age groups (Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric) is required.
EMR: Epic experience required.
Licensure: Active Iowa or Compact RN license at submission.
Certifications: Active AHA BLS (or ARC BLS) required. CPI, MOAB, MAB, or SAMA preferred at submission (can be obtained during onboarding).
Documents: Driver's License, Psych Skills Checklist, 24-month reference, and BLS card.
