Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM. Hours are 12-hour shifts. Guaranteed hours per week are 36. Call requirement: none. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend. Float requirement: Float to Labor and Delivery or Mother Baby unit as needed, predominantly Labor and Delivery. May float to other locations for patient sitter needs. Unit has 12 labor rooms, 7 triage beds, 3 operating rooms, 4 recovery rooms, and 10 antepartum beds. Separate Mother/Baby/postpartum unit has 30 beds. Interdisciplinary support available. Special equipment includes GE EFM system. Candidates must have experience with patient ratios and charting systems. Modules are non-billable and require self-reporting annually. References must be at a supervisory level. Proof of flu vaccination is required upon submission. Vaccination exemption requests must be submitted within 48 hours.
