Registered Nurse - Ambulatory / Family Medicine (Clinic RN) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 08:30 – 17:00 | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
    • Schedule Structure: 8-hour day shifts, Sunday through Saturday schedule rotation.
    • Holiday Coverage: Must work every other major holiday as assigned.
    • On-Call / Standby: Standard ambulatory department schedule guidelines apply.
    • Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Cambridge Family Health North Outpatient / Primary Care Clinic. Patient Population: Ages 0 to 99 (Pediatric to Geriatric; no OB). Common Diagnoses: Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and general chronic disease management in healthy and complex adults/pediatrics. EMR: Epic preferred. Dress Code: Any professional scrub color.

  • Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
    • Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Ambulatory / Outpatient / Primary Care / Clinic nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
    • Acute care experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
    • First-time travelers will not be considered (prior travel nursing experience required and documented on resume) [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Massachusetts RN License strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Must provide a NURSYS verification report pulled within the last 7 days showing ALL active, past, or present state licenses [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • Submission Profile Requirements [HARDSTOP]:
    • Up-to-date resume reflecting 2+ years of specialty experience and explicit travel history [HARDSTOP].
    • Two (2) recent Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor references in the matching ambulatory specialty [HARDSTOP].
    • Specialty-matching Skills Checklist [HARDSTOP].
    • Driver's License with address matching profile demographic information [HARDSTOP].
    • All Requested Time Off (RTO) MUST be submitted at time of submission; RTO will not be approved after confirmation [HARDSTOP].
