Description
As a Tele/Ambulatory Care RN, you will assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care in an acute patient setting. Your role includes direct patient care and education, while fostering collaborative relationships with patients and healthcare providers. The position involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring holistic support for patients.

Requirements
  • Work History Verification: 7-Year Work History Verification Required for all candidates.
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Charting System Experience: Required (Epic)
