Required to maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 in the operating room, with an average daily census of 18. May need to stay over based on the number of completed procedures at the end of the shift. Holidays will be required if they fall within the assignment period. Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time. Compliance documents are to be completed in a timely manner prior to the start of the role. Travelers can expect to work all major holidays based on scheduling needs. No requests for time off can be made during orientation week. RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days within the contract period.
