The schedule is from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
The role involves practice RN and care coordination responsibilities.
Candidates must be willing to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty is required.
