Key Responsibilities- Provide supervisory oversight of nursing operations during night shift hours
- Serve as the house supervisor, coordinating care and resources across the facility
- Support and guide nursing staff to ensure quality patient care standards are maintained
- Respond to and manage clinical situations and escalations as they arise overnight
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Prior supervisory or house supervisor experience
- Availability to work night shifts and every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a house supervisor or charge nurse role within an acute care environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-department coordination
